The Six Pillars Of Happiness Are:

 

1.  The Physical Pillar Of Happiness (How You Take Care Of Your Body And Surroundings).

This Pillar Trains You To Have The Habit, Skill, And Desire: 

* To Grow Your Own Vitamin, Mineral, Electron, And Enzyme-Filled, Organic Food,

* To Purchase A Home (Even Before Leaving Your Parents Home) And To Quickly Pay It Off,

* To Take Care Of Your Physical Surroundings Quickly And Happily Every Day, And

* To Take Care Of Your Body.  This Means To Know How Your Body Works So That You Can Maintain It; So That It Doesn't Get Sick And Diseased, And So That You Know What To Do If It Does Become ill.

 

2.  The Spiritual Pillar Of Happiness (How You Become Close To Heavenly Father And Jesus Christ)

This Pillar Trains You To Have The Habit, Skill, And Desire:

To Live Christ-Like Character Traits,

* To Know What Heavenly Father Is Saying To You, And To Do What He Asks.

 

3.  The Social Pillar Of Happiness (How You Take Care Of Others)

This Pillar Trains You To Have The Habit, Skill, And Desire:

To Go On Regular Meaningful Dates With Those That You Care About,

* To Love Others By Serving Them In The Way That THEY Need Help,

To Resolve Conflicts With Others, Where You Can Both Get What You Want,

To Be The Life Of A Party, And

* To Focus, Listen, And Empathize.

 

4.  The Emotional Pillar Of Happiness (How You Take Care Of Yourself)

This Pillar Trains You To Have The Habit, Skill, And Desire:

To Live Happily In The Present Moment, Instead Of In The Past Or In The Future,

* To Express And Resolve ALL Of Your Feelings In A Positive But Truthful Way,

* To Choose What You Feel Instead Of Reacting To Their Situation Or Environment, And

* To Forgive.

 

5.  The Financial Pillar Of Happiness (How You Take Care Of Your Money)

This Pillar Trains You To Have The Habit, Skill, And Desire:

* To Make The Income That You Need To Be Comfortably Self Reliant,

* To Easily And Automatically Spend Well Under What You Make, And

* To Use Money As A Relationship Builder Instead Of Something That Tears Couples Apart.

 

6.  The Mental Pillar Of Happiness (How You Become Wise)

This Pillar Trains You To Have The Habit, Skill, And Desire:

To Love To Learn New Things, And

* To Graduate From College In A Field That You Love (And A Field That Will Make A Good Income) Without Going Into Debt, And In A Short Period Of Time – Graduating Even Before You Turn 18.

 

 

 

After years of research on how to best nurture my children, I narrowed my findings down to training them in two most important areas.  They are:

 

1.  How To Take Care Of Themelves And

2.  How To Love Others By Serving Them.

 

My in depth research has led me to believe that if they can learn these two things, they will be able to live happily - which is my ultimate goal for them.

 

The Six Pillars Of Happiness are the specific habits and skills that I believe can train children (and adults) in these two areas - so that they can live happily.

 

After I was able to finally outline exactly which skills were the most important to learn, I went hunting, for many years, to find fun and easy products, and systems, that would help me to train my children in these abilities.  Because there were some key skills that I couldn't find products for, I spent many years, and made great sacrifices, to invent them myself.  I then started to make my training program available to other Mom's.

 

If you would like to train your children in The Six Pillars Of Happiness, I suggest that you start by helping them to learn two of the skills in The Physical Pillar Of Happiness, and also two in The Social Pillar Of Happiness.

 

They are:

 

1. To Take Care Of Their Physical Surroundings,

2. To Take Care Of Their Bodies,

3. To Go On Regular Meaningful Dates With Those That They Love, And

4. To Love Others By Serving Them.

 

This can be done by using the two following transformationl, easy to use, and powerful products.

 

1.  You can play The Miracle Music Game with your family every day by putting the morning CD on an a CD alarm clock. If you have a young infant, just set their bouncer where they can see you doing your points.  As soon as they can walk they will know how to start helping you because of your example. My daughter could do the laundry for our whole family by the time she was three because she practiced loving her family in this way for ten minutes each morning.  You get good at whatever you practice, and you can start learning at any age.

2.  You can help your children, of all ages, to prepare easy, delicious, and most importantly extremely healthy meals, snacks, and desserts for your family.  They can do this by following The Whole Foods Cure flip chart.  It stands up on your counter and tempts you to prepare the meals with full color, mouth-watering pictures and recipes.  Preparing food together is a very bonding experience, and it also motivates children to want to eat what they took time making.  Getting used to making these meals can provide a life-long habit of eating in a way that heals intead of kills.
